Introduction to PieceWiser:

PieceWiser is a blog dedicated to the pursuit of wisdom from beginning to end. The primary objective of this project is straightforward: to cultivate wisdom in its readers. As the oldest reader of my own work, the pursuit of wisdom has been a lifelong endeavor for me, dating back to my childhood when I first began jotting down words of insight. The initial content of PieceWiser reflects the refinement of ideas gleaned from two decades of personal musings, which were rigorously refined for my own reading and benefit. However, I made the decision to share these pieces publicly, driven by the desire for my soon-to-be-born son to inherit a legacy of wisdom and lead a fulfilling life. What better way is there to refine one's thoughts than subjecting them to the scrutiny of readers from diverse backgrounds who share the common interest?

That's why I started PieceWiser, and that's also why PieceWiser does not cater to a specific audience but rather aims to make a meaningful impact on anyone seeking wisdom. It systematically dissects pieces of wisdom, employing both rational and emotional reasonings. PieceWiser will strive to be internally consistent, relevant and effective for anyone who seeks to be wiser.

While I am the oldest reader of this blog, I also consider myself a rebel against the set of verified wisdom wisdom. In launching PieceWiser, I hope not only to inspire wisdom in others but also to remind myself of the importance of living wisely, especially as I embark on the journey of parenthood. Through weekly reflections, I aim to engage with a community of wisdom seekers who will hold me accountable for writing persuasively and systematically about wisdom. After all, the practice of wisdom is far more challenging than its mere comprehension.
